Common questions before you write
How quickly will I hear back?
Most quotes go out the same day, and nearly all within 24 hours. Emergencies get answered immediately at any hour. If you have sent photos and a rough height, you will usually get a flat price rather than a request for a site visit.
Do you charge for estimates?
No, estimates are free across all ten cities we cover. We only come out to look before quoting when the job is big enough that a guess would be unfair, usually anything over about 60 feet or anything needing a crane.
Do you need a deposit?
Not to book a standard residential job. You pay when the work is done and you are happy with the cleanup. Large multi-day jobs and commercial contracts are arranged differently and we set that out in the proposal before anyone agrees to anything.
