What we collect
When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the address or city of the job, and whatever you tell us about the tree, including any photos you attach.
Our hosting and caching software also records standard technical information for every visitor, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. That is ordinary server logging and it is not tied to your identity.
What we do with it
We use it to price your job, to contact you about it, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. That is the whole of it.
We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to other tree companies or to lead-generation networks. If you have arrived here from a site that does that, we are not one of them.
Who else sees it
Our web host stores the site and its database. Our form and email software handle the message you send. Where a job involves a crane operator or a specialist subcontractor, they receive the job address and the details they need to do the work, and nothing else.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
The site sets cookies needed to make pages load and forms work, including caching cookies. If analytics are enabled, those cookies measure which pages are read and are not used to identify you personally. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies, though some parts of the site may then behave oddly.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we have a record of work quoted and carried out. Records relating to completed jobs are kept as long as needed for tax, insurance and warranty purposes.
Your choices
Email info@tree-and-stump-removal.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we will honour a request under it.
Children
This site is for adults arranging tree work, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
